NHBC

Membership of the National Register of House-Builders and Developers : John Martin-Hoyes Ltd has undertaken, as a condition of registration, that every home which may be built shall conform to the standards of construction prescribed, adopted, or approved by the NHBC.

We have further undertaken that every home which may be offered whether for sale or for letting, will be submitted for inspection by the NHBC's staff; also that such relevant documentation as may from time to time be provided by the NHBC will be passed to purchasers who are entitled to receive it on exchange of contracts.
