Kenwick Park Hotel Extension

The works comprised of the design and build of a two storey Hotel extension to provide 17 Bedrooms. The design consists of timber frame with an outer brick skin. The works involved normal construction procedures, excavation, foundations, timber frame brickwork, drainage and the internal works all to a completed finish including all electrical and mechanical installations.
