The works comprised of the construction of a new hall and classroom extension, and remodelling of existing accommodation, with a small amount of demolition and asbestos removal, and also included external works consisting of re-tarmacking areas of existing playground to adjusted levels, making good, new tarmac to classroom external play area, new fencing and external fixtures. All Mechanical, Electrical, and drainage works are incorporated into the scheme
