The inspection will include a detailed assessment of your fire doors ensuring they meet stringent fire safety requirements.
Our inspector will examine the door frame, hinges, locks, seals and the overall structural integrity (a vital part of a building’s passive fire protection) and look for signs of wear, damage or gaps that could compromise the door’s ability to contain smoke and flames during a fire emergency.
If a fire door fails in the inspection, we will explain the issues and give you a cost to repair there and then on site if possible or at a time convenient to you.
