Science Block Refurbishment

The works consisted of the phased refurbishment of the science block and included asbestos ceiling removal, minor structural alterations and builder’s works, new windows and doors, mechanical and electrical installations and associated finishes and coverings. In addition the main flat roof was stripped off and a new insulated roof structure installed along with a new Sika liquid coating and roof lights
