Beck Cottage Refurbishment Complete

Works at Beck Cottage on the Riseholme College Campus in Lincoln have recently been completed and handed back over to the client, involving the careful renovation of a derelict 18^th century cottage. Value engineering was undertaken during the pre-contract stage to better align with the clients budget and aspirations, whilst ensuring we still retain the building's original character and features. Works consisted of the full internal renovation including re-plastering and thermal upgrades to the roof, full mechanical & electrical strip out and upgrades, new internal finishes and kitchen/bathroom fittings along with external decoration and landscaping works.
