Successful Handover at Branston Community Academy

John Martin-Hoyes Ltd. have successfully completed and handed over the new Teaching Block and Refurbished Laboratory at Branston Community Academy near Lincoln. The works included the construction of a standalone 2-storey Teaching Block consisting of a steel frame structure, external facing brickwork walls with SFS internal skin, mono-pitched polyester powder coated aluminium standing seam roofing, PPC aluminium doors, windows & curtain walling, internal partition walls, finishes and all associated mechanical & electrical installations. JMH were also able to complete the significant drainage installation that included the installation of a 250m rising main and extensive 5m deep gravity drainage & pumping station in bedrock conditions. These works where designed & instructed post tender, yet JMH were able to complete these works within the original contract period to provide the school with functioning facilities for the new term.
