Recently Awarded a New Building Contract

We have recently been awarded a new Building Contract at Branston Community Academy near Lincoln. Works involve the construction of a new independent 2 storey teaching block, and the refurbishment of an existing classroom, staff area & toilet facilities. The new teaching block comprises of a steel frame structure, external facing brickwork walls with SFS internal skin, M mono-pitched polyester powder coated aluminium standing seam roofing, PPC aluminium doors, windows & curtain walling, internal partition walls, internal floor, wall & ceiling finishes as well as full mechanical and electrical installations. Enabling works started on site at the end of October, with completion estimated for July 2018.
