Refurbishment works at Swan Holt Cottage

John Martin-Hoyes Ltd. have recently completed a project for one of our regular clients undertaking the sympathetic refurbishment works to Swan Holt Cottage in Eagle. Following the initial strip out of the dilapidated property,  substantial bespoke joinery works to external windows & doors, internal joinery, general repairs & alterations throughout and full internal fit out were carried out. JMH assisted the client in achieving the project brief through use of our own in-house labour and approved supply chain, creating a habitable property that complies with all current regulations and standards whilst visually maintaining and embellishing original building features.
