The Lincolnshire Showground Exo Centre

John Martin-Hoyes Ltd. have successfully completed and handed over the newly refurbished Exo Centre at the Lincolnshire Showground. Works involved the stripping off existing and installation of new composite roofing, a low level extension to the front and rear to form new toilets and entrances, concrete floor repairs & polishing to the existing main hall, new aluminium windows & doors, external cedar cladding as well as new internal finishes alongside M&E installations. The works were completed during a testing period with the COVID-19 pandemic, however JMH safely managed the works and were able to hand over a high quality building back to the client, which is now being used as a mass vaccination centre for Lincolnshire.
