New Extension Complete at Kenwick Park Hotel, Louth

John Martin-Hoyes Ltd. recently completed an extension to Kenwick Park Hotel in Louth, Lincolnshire.  The project involved a 2 storey timber frame extension with traditional brickwork cladding to provide an additional 17nr. bedrooms for the hotel. Working collaboratively alongside our contractor appointed architects John Roberts Architects and the client Coppergreen Developments, we were able to deliver a high quality finish to meet the Best Western Plus standards set out as part of the original design & build criteria. Furthermore we   were able to hand the completed project over to the client prior to the busy Christmas period within the agreed contract duration. The works include an impressive brickwork feature turret & traditional concrete tiled roofing alongside substantial internal mechanical and electrical installations, & full finishes including soft furnishings & fixed furniture.
