John Martin-Hoyes Ltd. awarded Contract at Kenwick Park, Louth

John Martin-Hoyes Ltd. have successfully been awarded the Design & Build Contract for the 17nr. Bedroom Extension to Kenwick Park Hotel in Louth. The works will involve the Construction of a 2-storey timber frame extension with brickwork external skin, extensive mechanical & electrical design & installation, high quality internal works & installations, and finishes to match the high standards of the existing hotel. Works begin April 2019 and will be complete in time for the festive period in December 2019.   Please see below some proposed elevations of the planned extension.
