Refurbishment and Alterations to New Oxford House, Grimsby

The works included the following elements of construction: New entrance area, access stair, and lift tower extension through three floors. Full refurbishment of the offices to the existing first and second floor levels of the building. Full feature re-fenestration and re-cladding of the front of the building, and new windows to the rear of the building plus repairs to the existing building fabric.
